1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the e99 online gaming platform, accessible at e99.bar, and any related services, products, or features offered by e99 (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and e99.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on e99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and close your account.

e99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the Platform, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to e99 and participation in any gaming or wagering activity on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). E99 strictly prohibits minors from registering or participating in any form of gambling.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual or have been previously restricted or banned from the Platform by e99.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

e99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. If a user is found to have provided false eligibility information, their account will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access most features of the Platform, users are required to register and maintain a single personal account. The registration process requires users to submit accurate, current, and complete information including full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. e99 employs industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all user data transmitted through the Platform.

One Account Per User

Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings therein. • Keep your login credentials confidential at all times.
• Never share your password or account access with any third party.
• Notify e99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

e99 may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed. This may include submission of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Users must comply with KYC requests within the specified timeframe or risk suspension of their withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

e99 supports several popular Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing funds as convenient as possible for our players. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the conditions outlined in this section.

Supported Payment Methods

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timelines, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening:

• bKash and Nagad: within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bank transfers: 1–3 business days.
• e99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review if unusual activity is detected on an account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

e99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and additional terms specific to each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is specified.
• e99 reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly unless the stated rollover conditions are fully met.

Attempting to abuse promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy deemed exploitative by e99 may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and account termination.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

e99 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the respective game interfaces.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on e99, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international football, are subject to the applicable market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) bets are accepted at e99's discretion, and odds may change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. e99 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, data feed errors, market suspension, or confirmed match irregularities.

Casino Games & RNG

All casino games, including slots, table games, and crash games, are powered by certified random number generators (RNG) that ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. e99 partners with leading game studios to deliver a fair certified gaming experience. The following conduct is expressly prohibited in all gaming sessions:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities without reporting them to e99 support.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e99. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use e99 to process proceeds of illegal activity.
• Fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems including reversing verified deposits.
• Impersonating another user, e99 staff, or any third party.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at other players or e99 employees.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN or anonymizing tools with the intent to bypass geographic restrictions or eligibility requirements.

e99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in cases involving suspected illegal activity. Any funds identified as connected to prohibited activities will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by e99's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. e99 does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the e99 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game graphics, text, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of e99 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from e99. Any unauthorised use of e99's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether e99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. e99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, e99's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

e99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where changes are material, e99 will provide reasonable notice to users via the Platform, email, or in-app notification. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of e99 shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. e99 encourages users to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the preferred mechanism for final resolution, waiving the right to pursue class-action proceedings.
